1. Order Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

* You will receive an automated notification with tracking details once your package has been handed over to our courier partner.


2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

* Estimated Delivery Time: Most domestic deliveries take between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery PIN code/location.

4. Appliance Delivery & Safe Handling

Because kitchen and home appliances can be delicate or bulky:

* Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery before accepting the parcel.

* If the outer box is noticeably crushed, torn, or tampered with, take photos/videos and report it immediately to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your appliance arrives damaged in transit or is missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at jacobhsr123@gmail.com with:

* Your order number

* Clear photos or a brief unboxing video showing the damage/defect


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please verify your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.
